Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Floor Manager to join our team at Soutine in St John's Wood. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading and inspiring our front-of-house team to deliver impeccable service and exceed guest expectations during a busy service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and uphold the restaurant's high standards for food presentation, service, and overall guest experience.
  • Train, develop, and supervise team members to ensure a cohesive and efficient team.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with guests, addressing concerns, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Manage guest complaints, queries, and feedback to ensure a positive outcome.

  • Excellent product knowledge to enhance guest experiences.

  • Proficient and knowledgeable on Food Safety and Health & Safety legislation.

Expected Earnings

£17.59 per hour
