Owen Daniels is a world-renowned aerospace manufacturer of engine components, seeking a highly skilled Senior Quality Engineer to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve quality-related issues.
- Develop and maintain quality documentation, including FMEA, reproducibility and repeatability data, and PPAP documentation.
- Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Manage complaint product disposition and customer process, including notice of potential quality escape and DIVE package reviews.
- Conduct internal and external audits, including product, process, quality assurance, and quality control audits, as well as supplier audits and corrective action follow-ups.
- Lead a team of quality engineers and provide guidance and support as needed.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a quality engineer role within the aerospace industry.
- Ability to read and interpret complex engineering drawings.
- Proven quality professional with expertise in SIX SIGMA techniques, PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC, GDT, and ASME.
