MINI Plant Oxford is the epicenter of premium vehicle production, where innovation meets excellence. As an Automotive Test Engineer, you will be part of a dynamic team responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our vehicles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement testing strategies for new vehicle models.
  • Design and execute comprehensive testing plans to validate vehicle performance, safety, and quality.
  • Analyze test data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and develop recommendations for process enhancements.
  • Work closely with quality specialists to resolve issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Support the development of new testing technologies and methodologies to stay ahead of industry trends.

Requirements

  • Studying a Bachelor's or integrated Master's degree in an Engineering discipline, ideally Mechanical Engineering or Automotive Engineering.
  • A valid UK driving license is essential for this role.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Previous experience with Computer Aided Design (CAD) software and testing methodologies would be advantageous.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop recommendations.
