Key Responsibilities
  • Represent a cutting-edge brand within the new homes sector, showcasing our unique selling proposition and building strong relationships with potential buyers.
  • Conduct viewings and manage the sales process from initial enquiry to completion, ensuring seamless customer experiences and exceeding sales targets.
  • Collaborate with a dedicated team to achieve and exceed sales targets, leveraging your expertise and passion for the property industry.
Requirements
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
  • A passion for the property industry and a commitment to excellence, with a proven track record in new homes sales.
  • A full UK driving licence, with a valid vehicle for business use.
What We Offer
  • A competitive salary ranging from £25,000 to £27,000, with an impressive on-target earnings potential of £40,000 to £45,000.
  • A structured schedule from 9:30am to 5:30pm, Thursday to Monday, including one weekend off each month.
  • An extensive 30 days of holiday, with pro rata for part-time roles.
