Estimator Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Estimator to join our team at Blue Arrow, a leading recruitment agency in the Print and Packaging Industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for estimating costs and providing quotations to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process customer inquiries and provide accurate quotations within a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives and External Sales teams to ensure efficient and professional service delivery.
  • Seek value optimization to ensure maximum profitability of every inquiry.
  • Set margins in line with business goals and liaise with key stakeholders.
  • Prepare and present quotation letters to clients, ensuring all relevant information is documented.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as an Estimator or Sales Administrator.
  • Experience within the print industry is highly desirable but not essential.
  • Strong numerical knowledge and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
