Job Title: CS - Learning Disabilities Support Worker

We are seeking an experienced Support Worker to join our team in a semi-independent living setting. The successful candidate will provide support to individuals with learning disabilities, promoting their independence and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure that all care plans are followed to meet the individual's needs.
  • Support individuals with daily living tasks, such as personal care and meal preparation.
  • Assist with household chores and maintain a safe and clean environment.
  • Encourage and support individuals to participate in activities and engage with their community.
  • Monitor and report any changes in an individual's condition or behavior.
Requirements:
  • Experience working with individuals with learning disabilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection policies.
  • Enhanced DBS clearance.
Working Hours:

Flexible hours available, including days and nights.

Pay Rate:

£11.50 per hour (days) and £12.00 per hour (nights).
