About the Role

We are seeking enthusiastic Support Workers to join our fantastic teams based in our Eastfield respite service. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing an outstanding level of support to individuals with a learning disability, enabling them to live a more comfortable, dignified, liberated, and happy life.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support individuals to live independently, including budget management, paying bills, housework, organizing appointments, and cooking healthy meals.
  • Develop and maintain excellent communication skills and relationships with individuals, their families, and other stakeholders.
  • Support individuals to access and participate in their local community and social events, promoting life skills and individuality.
  • Provide personal care, including prompting individuals to take their medication and assisting with bathing, showering, and using the bathroom.
