## Job Title: Female Support Worker

We are seeking a genuinely caring and hands-on Female Support Worker to join our team at The Old Post Office, our supported living service in Chesterfield.

## Job Summary

As a Support Worker with Voyage Care, you will be helping people to gain more independence in their daily lives, whilst working within a dynamic team to support a fantastic group of people. You will be enhancing the lives of the people we support by teaching them new life skills, assisting with personal care, encouraging them to access their local communities, socialising and doing lots of activities.

## Key Responsibilities

* Assist with personal care and daily living tasks
* Encourage and support individuals to access their local communities and engage in social activities
* Teach new life skills and promote independence
* Work collaboratively with the support team to provide a high-quality service
