Job Title: Banking Initiative Manager

As a key member of the Together team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the Director of the Banking Programme in building a strong network of former corporate and commercial bankers who can introduce new business to the company.

You will be responsible for identifying and recruiting new banker ambassadors, maintaining a structured contact management strategy, and actively managing introductions from the ambassadors to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and facilitate ambassador recruitment to scale the programme/network
  • Maintain a structured contact management strategy across the ambassador network
  • Actively manage introductions from the ambassadors, submitting applications and follow deal to completion
  • Maintain effective MI and reporting suites to measure channel performance

Requirements:

  • Extensive client experience and ability to deliver positive client outcomes
  • Experience of working in a fast-paced environment and delivery of targets and to deadlines
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple/senior stakeholder and relationship expectations
  • Strong networking skills, with the ability to develop relationships and drive brand profile
