We are seeking a skilled Advice and Assessment Specialist to join our team at the Carers Information Service. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing expert advice, information, and support to adult carers who are caring for a loved one.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough Carer's Assessments to identify the needs of adult carers.
  • Provide guidance and support to carers, helping them to access the resources and services they need.
  • Work closely with carers, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care and support.
