About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Lettings Manager to lead our Residential Lettings Department. As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for managing a team, driving business growth, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and motivate a team of lettings professionals
  • Develop and implement business growth strategies
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and customers
  • Manage and maintain relationships with landlords and vendors
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a lettings management role
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • ARLA qualified or equivalent
