Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Senior Lettings Negotiator to join our client's thriving sales and lettings department in Sidcup. The ideal candidate will have exceptional lettings skills, a strong track record in the property industry, and excellent negotiation abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage lettings transactions, including property viewings, negotiations, and agreements
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders
  • Conduct property inspections and check-outs
  • Assist in the development of the lettings business, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Deputize for the lettings manager in their absence, providing managerial support and guidance

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in residential lettings, with a strong understanding of the industry and its challenges
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • ARLA qualifications beneficial, but not essential
  • Property management experience, including property inspections and check-outs
  • High level of customer care, with a focus on delivering exceptional service
  • Well-presented, articulate, and ambitious, with a strong desire to succeed in the property industry
  • Local knowledge of the Sidcup area preferred, but not essential
  • Full UK driving license and car ownership
