About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Lettings Manager to lead our Residential Lettings Department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and growing our lettings business, working closely with landlords, staff, and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and motivate a team of lettings professionals to achieve sales and customer service targets
  • Develop and implement effective lettings strategies to drive business growth and increase market share
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and other industry partners
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and reports, including lettings activity, sales, and customer feedback
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance and excellence in lettings services
Requirements
  • Proven experience in residential lettings, with a strong track record of sales and customer service
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
  • Knowledge of lettings regulations, laws, and industry standards
  • ARLA qualification or equivalent
