About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Head Chef to join our team at C&E Recruitment. As a Head Chef, you will be responsible for leading our culinary team and creating innovative and delicious dishes for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement menus that showcase seasonal garden produce and fit alongside our tasting menu.
  • Lead and mentor a team of chefs to ensure high-quality dishes are produced consistently.
  • Work closely with the chef patron to bring vision and depth of knowledge to the existing menu offering.
  • Manage kitchen operations to ensure efficient and safe food preparation and service.

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary of up to £50,000 depending on experience.
  • A 4-day workweek with 3 days off.
  • A monthly service charge of £300-£600.
  • Meals on duty.
  • Good service training provided.

  • Live-in accommodation available for relocation only.

Requirements:

  • Experience as a Sous or Head Chef in a Michelin-starred setting.
  • Green Michelin star background beneficial.
  • Knowledge of seasonal garden produce.
  • Calm and composed persona.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Ability to drive or live locally to the area.
  • Good mentorship and team player skills.
