Strategic Infrastructure Planner

We are seeking an experienced Senior Planner to join our team in London or Cambridge.
About the RoleThis is a key position in delivering planning advice for infrastructure projects, with a focus on Development Consent Orders (DCOs). You will work closely with clients to navigate DCO applications from pre-application stage through to examination. Additionally, you will provide support for projects under the Town and Country Planning Act (TCPA) regime.
Key Responsibilities- Lead planning advice and be the primary point of contact for clients on major infrastructure projects.
- Work on various infrastructure sectors, with a particular focus on renewable energy projects.
- Provide advice on planning applications under the TCPA regime.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in the UK planning system and regulations.
- Possess a proven background in infrastructure projects, especially within sectors like renewable energy, transport, or utilities.
- Hold a strong understanding of the UK planning system and regulatory frameworks.
- Show a keen interest in working on large-scale infrastructure projects and driving growth.
- A competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
