About the Job

We are seeking a highly motivated and organised Safeguarding and Attendance Assistant to join our team at a prestigious Secondary School in Kensington & Chelsea. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in promoting student attendance and safeguarding their welfare, contributing to their personal and academic growth.

The job entails monitoring and tracking student attendance daily, identifying patterns, and addressing absenteeism issues promptly. The candidate will also liaise with parents and guardians to discuss attendance and safeguarding concerns, offering support and working collaboratively to improve outcomes for students.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Monitoring student attendance and identifying patterns.

  • Implementing strategies to enhance punctuality and regular attendance.

We offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of around £28,000 per annum, depending on experience.
