  • Drive professional working relationships with clients and contracts.
  • Follow company legislative requirements and procedures.
  • Ensure delivery of Health and Safety and quality procedures across all sites.
  • Manage and review staff performance and growth.
  • Control overheads and operational costs.
  • Remain knowledgeable and up to date with company environmental campaigns.
  • Adhere to all accreditations.
Requirements:
  • Background in Facilities Management, preferably in soft services.
  • Full clean driving licence.
  • Desire to grow within a forward-thinking SME.

Key Performance Indicators:

  • Quality standards and customer satisfaction.
  • Contract retention at least 90%.
  • Compliance.
  • Contract expansion, internal sales, and cost controls.
  • Staff management, retention, and development.
