About the role
We are looking for an experienced Area Director to join our team. As an Area Director, you will be responsible for leading our operations in the area, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible service. You will work closely with our teams to implement our business strategy and drive growth.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of Area Managers to ensure the successful operation of our Customer Fulfilment Centres.
- Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and improve customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with our teams to ensure that our customers receive the best possible service.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably in a retail or logistics environment.
- Strong business acumen and ability to develop and implement business strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
