About the Role

As a Waking Night Adult Support Worker, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our service users. Your duties will include:

  • Performing nightly tasks such as personal care routines, getting individuals ready for bed, and assisting with morning routines.
  • Supporting individuals to develop independent life skills, such as cooking, cleaning, and managing finances.
  • Safeguarding of service users at all times, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.
  • Accurate record keeping, documenting incidents, and maintaining up-to-date records.
