We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Waking Night Adult Support Worker to join our team at Watermill, a specialist service rated CQC Outstanding. Our service provides high-quality support for adults with autism, complex needs, and/or learning disabilities.

About the Role

As a Waking Night Adult Support Worker, you will be responsible for performing nightly tasks, supporting individuals to develop independent life skills, safeguarding occupants at all times, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform nightly tasks such as personal care routines, going to bed, getting up in the morning, and making breakfast.
  • Support individuals to develop independent life skills.
  • Safeguarding of occupants at all times.
  • Accurate record keeping.
Requirements

What We Offer

As a Waking Night Adult Support Worker at Watermill, you will receive an exceptional rewards package, including a basic salary of £25,714.00 per annum, a night worker allowance of £1,000.00 per annum, and access to our 'Journey to Management' programme. You will also receive paid childcare fees, life assurance, and a pension scheme with options to increase your contributions.
