About the Role


We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Waking Night Adult Support Worker to join our team at Watermill, a specialist service rated CQC Outstanding.


As a Waking Night Adult Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals with autism, complex needs, and/or learning disabilities in a safe and respectful environment.


Your Key Responsibilities



  • Perform nightly tasks such as personal care routines, going to bed, getting up in the morning, and making breakfast.
  • Support individuals to develop independent life skills.
  • Safeguarding of occupants at all times.
  • Accurate record keeping.

As a Waking Night Adult Support Worker at Watermill, you will receive an exceptional rewards package, including a basic salary of £25,714.00 per annum, night worker allowance of £1,000.00 per annum, and a range of benefits through our Flexible Benefits Platform Vista.
