Job Overview

Watermill, a specialist service rated CQC Outstanding, is seeking Support Workers to join its team in the North Lincolnshire region. This role involves providing high-quality support for adults with autism, complex needs, and/or learning disabilities.

About the Role

We are looking for individuals who possess patience, resilience, and calmness to perform nightly tasks such as personal care routines, assisting with daily activities, and ensuring the safeguarding of occupants at all times. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in helping individuals develop independent life skills and promoting their overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform nightly tasks, including personal care routines and supporting individuals with daily activities
- Assist with developing independent life skills, enabling individuals to become more self-sufficient
- Safeguard occupants at all times, maintaining a strong culture of protection and respect
- Accurately record keeping and reporting
