About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled ICT Infrastructure Support Specialist to join our team at Technology Services Group Limited. As an Infrastructure Support Engineer, you will be responsible for resolving complex infrastructure issues and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot infrastructure issues, including networking, firewall configuration, and storage solutions.
  • Provide end-user desktop support, including application support, VPN connectivity, and general troubleshooting.
  • Collaborate with the team to resolve incidents and provide a high-quality service to our customers.
  • Assist with the mentoring and coaching of junior engineers.
Requirements
  • Full UK driving license.
  • Excellent knowledge of server and networked environments.
  • Strong desktop support experience.
  • Experience with Microsoft Exchange and Office 365.
  • Proven experience of 2nd line Azure tenant support.
  • Ability to manage small Azure projects.
