Workshop Controller Job Description

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking an experienced Workshop Controller to join our team at Octane Recruitment. As a Workshop Controller, you will be responsible for supervising a team of technicians to ensure that work is completed to a high standard and at a reasonable rate.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Supervise a team of technicians to ensure that work is completed efficiently and effectively
* Prioritize work to ensure that all tasks are completed on time and to a high standard
* Liaise with service advisors to ensure that customers are kept up to date with the progress of their vehicles
* Develop and implement processes to improve the efficiency and productivity of the workshop

**Requirements:**

* Must hold a full UK driving licence
* Strong man management skills and ability to work closely with the team
* Experience in a similar role or as a vehicle technician
