Workshop Controller Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Workshop Controller to join our team at Octane Recruitment. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for supervising technicians and administration staff in a fast-paced workshop environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure vehicles move efficiently through the workshop, coordinating with Service Advisors to keep customers informed.
  • Lead and motivate a team of technicians and administration staff to achieve high productivity and quality standards.
  • Develop and implement effective workshop processes to drive efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
  • Full UK driving license.
  • Strong leadership and man management skills.
