We are seeking an experienced Workshop Controller / Vehicle Technician to join our team at a busy dealership in Bury St Edmunds. As a key member of our workshop team, you will be responsible for supervising technicians and administration staff, ensuring vehicles move through the workshop efficiently, and liaising with service advisors to keep customers updated.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise technicians and administration staff to ensure seamless vehicle flow
- Liaise with service advisors to keep customers informed
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Full UK driving licence
- Strong man management skills
