Job Title: Sales Executive - Hospitality Sector

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our team in the hospitality sector. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with existing and potential customers, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and qualify leads from the hospitality sector
  • Understand and address the needs of customers and offer them the best solutions
  • Provide quotes, samples, and buying materials and highlight the unique selling points of our products
  • Follow up with customers throughout the sales process and ensure they have all the information they need to make a purchase decision
  • Raise sales orders and allocate stock
  • Report on daily activities and monthly targets to the sector leader
  • Refer customers to alternative suppliers if we cannot meet their requirements
  • Coordinate with purchasing, transport, accounts, and other departments to ensure smooth order delivery
  • Keep track of all open orders and delivery dates
Requirements:
  • Experience in handling and managing projects in a firm but friendly manner
  • Ability to negotiate and close sales
  • Good people skills and sales/customer service orientation
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Good time management skills
  • Ability to work well as part of a team and assist with various tasks as needed

This is a full time permanent role, Mon – Fri 8am – 5pm.
