Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Education Professional to join our team at Teaching Tomorrow. As a Primary School Educator, you will be responsible for delivering engaging lessons and creating a positive learning environment for students in Key Stage 1 and 2.

Job Description
  • Deliver high-quality lessons aligned with the national curriculum.
  • Assess and report student progress, adapting teaching methods as needed.
  • Establish a supportive classroom environment that encourages good behaviour and academic growth.
  • Maintain effective communication with parents about student progress.
  • Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and contribute to school activities.
Key Responsibilities:

Deliver Lessons: Plan and teach engaging lessons that cater to the needs of students in Key Stage 1 and 2.
Assess Progress: Regularly assess and report student progress, making adjustments to teaching methods as necessary.
Classroom Management: Create a safe and supportive learning environment that promotes good behaviour and academic growth.
Support Students: Identify individual student needs and provide targeted support to ensure academic success.
Engage Parents: Maintain open communication with parents about student progress and achievements.
Professional Growth: Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance your skills and contribute to school activities.

Requirements
  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Experience teaching Key Stage 1 and 2.
  • Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Ability to engage and motivate young learners.
  • Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
