Local Business Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Local Business Development Manager to join our client's team in Crawley, West Sussex. As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with local businesses and brokers, driving sales growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Achieve vehicle sales and profit targets by providing exceptional customer service and consultation
  • Sell cars and achieve profit targets
  • Handle all customer enquiries with a focus on premium customer service
  • Develop strong product knowledge and communicate effectively with existing and potential customers
  • Prospect new customers and maintain positive relationships with existing customers
Essential Requirements:
  • Proven track record of B2B sales, preferably in the Motor Trade
  • Ability to maximise sales opportunities and profitability
  • Excellent rapport building skills
  • Strong customer focus and customer service skills
  • Target driven attitude and ability to work in a high pressured environment
  • Full valid UK driving license and eligibility to work in the UK
  • Kerridge experience (desirable)
