About the Role:
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a world-leading automotive manufacturer as a Manufacturing Engineer (Assembly). You will be working on the development, implementation, and improvement of manufacturing processes within the plant. Your primary responsibilities will include managing projects, developing effective manufacturing processes, and working closely with various teams to ensure delivery to optimal standards.

Your Key Responsibilities:
- Process owner of a series of components or assembly
- Direct teams to improve safety, quality, and cost
- Managing the implementation of major capital projects
- Initiate and implement cost improvement actions

Our Ideal Candidate:
- Must have a degree in an Engineering Discipline
- Strong computer literacy and written and oral communication skills
- Proven ability to direct teams and experience of problem-solving techniques
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing techniques and ergonomics and manual handling
- Project management and change management experience
