About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sous Chef to join our team at Browns Sutton Park. As a key member of our kitchen brigade, you will be responsible for leading a section and ensuring that our guests receive exceptional food and service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a section of the kitchen team and ensure that all dishes are prepared to the highest standard.
  • Train and develop your team members to achieve their full potential.
  • Support the Head Chef with food ordering, stock control, and menu planning.
  • Ensure that all health and safety regulations are adhered to.
  • Contribute to the development of new menu ideas and dishes.

Requirements
