Job Title: Team Leader/Supervisor Childcare Apprenticeship – Level 3
About the Role:
The Aspire Training Team is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join their team as a Team Leader/Supervisor Childcare Apprenticeship at The Little Blue Door, Westhampnett. As a Toddler Room Leader, you will be responsible for providing a nurturing and inclusive environment for children, leading and inspiring the team within your room, and working closely with the Senior Management Team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Report and work closely with the Senior Management Team and become part of The Little Blue Door Leadership Team.
- Provide a nurturing, inclusive, and child-led environment for the required age of your room, alongside leading and inspiring the team within your room.
Requirements:
- Natural affinity with children, warm, engaging, and enthusiastic to make them feel at home.
- Good communication skills, reliable, self-motivated, and professional.
- Good understanding of the very best of Early Year's principles and how to successfully and creatively apply them to provide the very best standard of care.
- NVQ Level 3 relevant childcare and education qualification (or equivalent) is required.
- Ability to gain a clear DBS.
- GCSE grades A*-C or 4-9 in Maths and English Language, or equivalent.
- Experience within a similar role.
