Job Title: Childcare Team Leader/Supervisor Apprenticeship - Level 3

Job Summary:

We are seeking a punctual, reliable, and enthusiastic individual to complete a Team Leader/Supervisor Level 3 Apprenticeship at Aspire Training Team as their Toddler Room Leader.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Report and work closely with the Senior Management Team and become part of the Aspire Training Team Leadership Team.
  • Provide a nurturing, inclusive, and child-led environment for the required age of their room alongside leading and inspiring the team within their room.

Requirements:

  • Natural affinity with children, warm, engaging, and enthusiastic to make them feel at home.
  • Good communication skills, reliable, self-motivated, and professional.
  • Good understanding of the very best of Early Year's principles and how to successfully and creatively apply them to provide the very best standard of care.
  • NVQ Level 3 relevant childcare and education qualification (or equivalent) is required.
  • Ability to gain a clear DBS.
  • GCSE grades A*-C or 4-9 in Maths and English Language, or equivalent.
  • Experience within a similar role.
