Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Learning and Development Specialist to join our Professional Services team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering training initiatives to upskill our department and support our business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Training Program Design and Development
    • Design and develop comprehensive training programs to address skills gaps and support business objectives.
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to evaluate skills gaps and devise learning plans to bridge these gaps.
  • Training Delivery
    • Deliver training sessions and workshops to facilitate learning and skill development.
    • Develop and deliver instructor-led sessions in person or remotely.
  • Enablement and Communication
    • Create enablement plans to support new initiatives, including communication plans, slide decks, and other resources.
    • Develop and deliver multimedia content to enable communication to our teams.
  • Project Management
    • Manage multiple projects simultaneously to tight deadlines.
    • Collaborate with multiple teams to ensure training programs are aligned with their messaging and rolled out in a timely manner.
  • Analysis and Evaluation
    • Analyze and evaluate training output on a regular basis to identify areas for improvement.
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve training effectiveness and efficiency.

Requirements

  • Experience
    • Strong experience in learning program design and development.
    • eLearning content creation to a high standard, on complex subjects.
    • Excellent knowledge of learning methodologies and application of these.
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
    • Strong project management and organizational skills.
