About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled E-Learning Content Developer to join our team at MHR. As a key member of our Learning and Enablement function, you will play a crucial role in identifying, designing, delivering, and evaluating training initiatives to support product learning and enablement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver engaging and thorough training materials using a range of tools, with a strong focus on digital training methods.
  • Work closely with subject matter experts to build content on our existing and future products.
  • Collaborate with other business areas, such as Product Design, to understand future product roadmaps and release content.
  • Create multimedia content to enable delivery to our teams, including videos, presentations, guides, and formal eLearning outputs.
  • Upload and manage content on the LMS to ensure a positive user experience.
  • Manage time effectively to work across multiple projects to tight deadlines.
  • Possess an eye for detail to proofread and check content accurately to support content consistency and quality control requirements.
Requirements
  • Experience in creating well-designed, creative, and clear resources such as PowerPoints, videos, and/or training material.
  • Excellent level of professional written English.
  • Good understanding of HR and/or Payroll processes, or similar industry.
