Front Office Administrator

A leading Investment firm based in Central London is seeking a highly skilled and experienced front office administrator to join their team. As a key member of the front office team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative support to our Partners and Managing Directors, ensuring the smooth running of our office operations.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Managing phone calls and correspondence.
  • Coordinating meeting rooms and office logistics.
  • Maintaining health and safety standards.
  • Providing administrative support with financial matters.
  • Coordinating with vendors and suppliers.
  • Supporting the office manager with day-to-day tasks.


The successful candidate will have a proven track record in administration, excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently. In return, we offer a competitive salary of £30,000, 25 days annual leave, discretionary bonus and an annual trip abroad.
