About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for handling daily phone queries, central reservation inbox queries, and bookings. They will also report on any maintenance and facilities tasks that need to be completed.

This role requires a minimum of 1 year of receptionist or front desk experience. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a warm demeanor, and the ability to assess circumstances and offer help.

A competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum is available for this position.
