Located in a vibrant area of central London, THE CROWD is seeking a talented Front of House Co-ordinator to join their team on a temporary basis.

This long-term temporary role will provide coverage for staff leave/absence and offer an exciting opportunity to collaborate with creatives who foster a positive, collaborative, and enjoyable work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Welcome visitors to the studio and address any incoming enquiries
  2. Handle incoming calls, emails, and deliveries
  3. Manage the travel calendar
  4. Assist in organising meetings and maintaining a tidy front of house
  5. Help with technical setup of equipment and collaborate with IT staff for event coordination
  6. Arrange catering and special requests for meetings
  7. Handle general office support requests
  8. Assist with filing, document management, and office supplies
About the Role:

We are looking for someone with exceptional administrative abilities and strong communication skills.

Requirements:
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and Adobe

What We Offer:

An estimated salary of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum.
