SEND Teaching Assistant Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate graduate to join our team as a SEND Teaching Assistant in Croydon. As a SEND Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting students with additional needs, providing individualized support and creating a positive learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide 1:1 or 2:1 support to students with complex needs
  • Work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement individualized learning plans
  • Assist students with daily living skills, such as personal care and mobility
  • Support students in accessing the curriculum and participating in lessons
