About the Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced SEND Teaching Assistant to join our team at Qualiteach Ltd. As a SEND Teaching Assistant, you will be working with KS4 students who have emotional and behavioural challenges surrounding attending mainstream school.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support students with emotional and behavioural difficulties
  • Work with students who have anxieties and behavioural challenges
  • Provide specialist knowledge of anxieties and behavioural difficulties

About the School:

Our alternative provision is based in the Croydon area of South London and provides education to KS4 students who have been unable to maintain attendance to mainstream school. We offer unique pathways for students to explore and guide them into adulthood on a safe and ambitious journey.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in a SEN setting is necessary
  • Ability to work with students with behavioural difficulties and challenges accessing mainstream education
