About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and resilient Night Support Worker to join our team at Look Ahead. As a Night Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing support and care to our customers, ensuring their safety and well-being throughout the night.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build supportive, trusting relationships with customers and create a positive atmosphere
  • Work proactively with other team members to handle the service caseload and administrative responsibilities
  • Conduct key work sessions as required, using innovative and engaging approaches to achieve Support Plan goals
  • Ensure ongoing assessment and management of risks associated with customers, adopting a positive risk-taking attitude
  • Provide support with daily living activities, including practical assistance to help customers achieve independent living
About You

We are looking for someone who is fundamentally calm and resilient, with a practical and logical mind and a natural ability to organize. You should be able to apply the right balance of care and support, depending on the needs of the customer. You will thrive in a dynamic, diverse environment and be confident with high levels of self-esteem.

What You'll Bring

Essential qualifications include NVQ Level 3 or equivalent, with some previous relevant sector work experience. You should be able to demonstrate a can-do attitude, with a commitment to excellence and improvement of personal performance.
