We are seeking an experienced IT Technician to join our team at Elddis. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing day-to-day maintenance of our IT systems and services.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Support the installation and implementation of equipment, hardware, software, and related information systems
  2. Ensure upgrades or implementations to equipment, hardware, software, related information systems, and services are performed effectively and within agreed timescales
  3. Maintain procedures ensuring all equipment, hardware, software, and related information systems are properly controlled and registered
  4. Deal with PC problems (desktop PCs, laptops, and printers) and resolve mainstream software issues

You will work closely with our team to ensure that our IT systems and services are running smoothly and efficiently. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic team and develop your skills and expertise in a fast-paced environment.

The successful candidate will have experience working in an IT-related environment and be proficient in all Windows operating systems. You will also have excellent problem-solving skills and be able to work without supervision using your own initiative.
