Healthcare Support Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Healthcare Support Specialist to join our care team. As a Regional Care Assistant, you will work across multiple care homes, covering absence, holiday, and maternity leave.
Your role will involve delivering high-quality care, providing support and guidance to the care team, and reviewing and updating care plans. You will also be responsible for planning and reviewing staff rotas to ensure care support is available at all times.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse group of individuals, developing your communication and interpersonal skills. You will also receive excellent training and development opportunities to enhance your career.
We offer a competitive salary range of £28,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including flexible working hours, free meals, and access to excellent training.
To succeed in this role, you will need to hold a minimum of NVQ level 3 in Health and Social Care and have evidence of working in a healthcare environment. You will also need to be a strong communicator, problem-solver, and team player who can adapt to changing circumstances.
