About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager Assistant to join our team at Mace. As a key member of our project delivery team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of our projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of projects from inception to completion.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
  • Collaborate with project stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and internal teams, to ensure effective communication and issue resolution.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, and develop contingency plans as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with Mace's safety policies and procedures, and promote a culture of safety within the project team.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and suppliers.
  • Provide support to the project manager in the delivery of project objectives.
Requirements
  • Relevant experience in project management, preferably in a construction or infrastructure sector.
  • Strong understanding of project management principles, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Project.
