Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the delivery of project objectives in line with the Project Plan.
  • Engage in relevant business and statutory Health, Safety, and Wellbeing standards and activities at all stages of the project.
  • Collaborate with relevant parties and stakeholders to ensure robust quality systems are suitably managed and monitored.
  • Attend and record relevant meetings, providing contextual information and analysis.
  • Partner with stakeholders to actively manage and mitigate risks.
  • Assist in tracking project changes and ensuring they are processed and formalised within agreed timeframes.
  • Provide handover documentation prior to practical completion.
  • Understand business priorities through Construction to Production, Digital & Data, and responsible business.
  • Collect information or undertake research as required.
  • Update and manage existing project plans, processes, and procedures.
  • Actively seek understanding and utilise the Centre of Excellence (CoE) knowledge base and Company best practice sign posting.
  • Contribute to the proactive identification and management of carbon emissions and reductions during project delivery.
Requirements
  • Membership of RICS, CIOB, APM, ICE, or equivalent professional or personal development.
  • Experience in project management, ideally in a property or infrastructure sector.
  • Developing knowledge of commercial and financial considerations.
  • Experience of developing and forming relationships with other stakeholders within projects.
  • Knowledge of how carbon and sustainability considerations will shape project outlook.
