About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Treasury Analyst to join our newly formed Treasury team at Harding+. As a pivotal member of the team, you will be responsible for aligning forecasts of Profit and Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow, as well as forecasting and actualizing the company's asset-based lending (ABL) facility on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a credible and reliable 13-week cash flow forecast, blending shorter-term transactional information with medium- and longer-term financial forecasts.
  • Incorporate ABL features into the cash forecasting, including allowances and limits.
  • Collaborate with the Buying team and interact regularly with those procuring capital expenditure.
  • Manage daily cash and execute short-term foreign exchange deals, once training has been provided.
  • Work closely with the Head of Treasury and CFO to ensure alignment and provide regular updates.
  • Execute weekly payment execution as part of a team.
  • Cover other objectives as set from time to time.

About You:

  • Part-qualified treasurer (AMCT) or part-qualified accountant (ACA, CIMA, ACCA) with a strong interest in financial markets and a keen eye for detail.
  • Proven experience in knitting together several inputs into a regular short-term cash flow forecast.
  • Excellent Excel skills and the ability to quickly pick up new systems.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a passion for learning and growth.
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment and communicate complex financial information to stakeholders.
  • Must have an existing right of eligibility to work in the UK.
