Treasury Analyst Role

Harding+ is seeking a skilled Treasury Analyst to join our team. As a pivotal member of our newly formed Treasury team, you will be responsible for aligning forecasts of P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow, as well as forecasting and actualizing the company's asset-based lending (ABL) facility on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain a credible and reliable 13-week cash flow forecast, blending shorter-term transactional information with medium- and longer-term financial forecasts.
  • Manage daily cash and, once trained, execute short-term foreign exchange deals.
  • Collaborate closely with the Head of Treasury and CFO to ensure alignment and effective decision-making.
  • Participate in weekly payment execution as part of a team.
  • Support the development and implementation of financial models and forecasts.
  • Provide financial analysis and insights to inform business decisions.
Requirements:
  • Part qualified treasurer (AMCT) or part qualified accountant (ACA, CIMA, ACCA) with a strong understanding of financial markets and instruments.
  • Proven experience in financial forecasting, cash flow management, and asset-based lending.
  • Excellent Excel skills and ability to quickly learn new systems.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a keen interest in financial markets.
