About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Treasury Analyst to join our team at Harding+. As a key member of our Treasury team, you will be responsible for aligning forecasts of Profit and Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow, and forecasting and actualizing the company's asset-based lending (ABL) facility on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a credible and reliable 13-week cash flow forecast, blending shorter-term transactional information with medium- and longer-term financial forecasts.
  • Incorporate ABL features into the cash forecasting, including allowances and limits.
  • Collaborate with Buying and interact regularly with those procuring capital expenditure.
  • Manage daily cash and execute short-term foreign exchange deals, once trained.
  • Work closely with the Head of Treasury and CFO to ensure alignment.
  • Execute weekly payment execution as part of a team.
  • Cover other objectives as set from time to time.

About You:

We are looking for a part-qualified treasurer (AMCT) or part-qualified accountant (ACA, CIMA, ACCA) with proven experience in knitting together several inputs into a regular short-term cash flow forecast.

Requirements:

  • Strong Excel skills and ability to quickly pick up new systems.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, keen interest in financial markets, and curiosity to understand more.
  • Takes pride in own work with a desire to constantly learn.
  • Must have an existing right of eligibility to work in the UK.
