As a pivotal member of our newly formed Treasury team, you will be responsible for aligning forecasts of P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow, and forecasting and actualizing the company's asset-based lending (ABL) facility on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing a credible and reliable 13-week cash flow forecast, blending shorter-term transactional information with medium- and longer-term financial forecasts
  • Incorporating ABL features into the cash forecasting, including allowances and limits
  • Collaborating with Buying and interacting with those procuring capital expenditure on a weekly basis
  • Executing daily cash management and short-term foreign exchange deals, with training provided
  • Liaising closely with the Head of Treasury and CFO to ensure alignment
  • Participating in weekly payment execution as part of a team

Requirements:

  • Part-qualified treasurer (AMCT) or part-qualified accountant (ACA, CIMA, ACCA) with a keen interest in financial markets and a desire to constantly learn
  • Proven experience in knitting together several inputs into a regular short-term cash flow forecast
  • Strong Excel skills and the ability to quickly pick up new systems
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality work
  • Existing right of eligibility to work in the UK
