About the Role
">We are seeking an experienced and compassionate community care specialist to join our team at Kent County Council. This is an exciting opportunity to work with adults who require support and care, placing individuals at the centre of their support.
The successful candidate will have post-qualification experience in Social Services or a related field and be registered with Social Work England as a qualified social worker. They will be competent to work at the Experienced Practitioner level of the Social Care Capabilities Framework for Registered Workers.
The salary for this role is £38,690 - £41,787 per annum (plus market premium payments subject to eligibility), which reflects the importance we place on this position and the value we offer to our employees.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need to have experience in managing and reducing risk, completing safeguarding enquiries, and supervising other members of staff. You will also need to hold a Full UK Driving License, although we are committed to making reasonable adjustments for candidates with disabilities.
